I, the above-named Ng Loi Yuen at present confined in

Victoria Gaol in the Colony of Hong Kong on a charge of murder

hereby affirm and say as follows :

1. That I have preferred a petition to His Majesty in

Council for the reversal of the decision of the Full Court

of Hong Kong dated the 17th day of October 1934 whereby I

was sentenced to death on a charge of having murdered one

Michael Pine at Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong.

2. That I am not worth the sum of £25 in the world,

and am unable to provide security for the costs of such appeal.

AFFIRMED at Victoria Gaol in the Colony

of Hong Kong this 28th day of December

1934 the same having been first auly

interpreted to the deponent in the
